Sekretny składnik to czerwona fasola. Chcecie przepis? Oto on:
Składniki na ciasto:
– 2 puszki czerwonej fasoli,
– 4 jajka,
– 2 dojrzałe banany,
– 3/4 szklanki ksylitolu,
– 3 łyżki prawdziwego kakao,
– półtorej łyżeczki sody lub proszku do pieczenia,
– 3 łyżki oleju (najlepiej kokosowy lub rzepakowy)
Polewa:
– gorzka czekolada (użyłam czekolady wedel 70% kakao),
– 1/2 szklanki mleka,
Przygotowanie:
Fasolę dobrze płuczemy, banany rozgniatamy na papkę. Dodajemy wszystkie składniki i miksujemy na gładką masę. W zależności do sprzętu jakim dysponujecie blenowanie potrwa ok 5-10 minut.
Najlepsze brownie ever! Palce lizać.
Gluten-free brownie with a secret ingredient
I have a very simple recipe for fit chocolate cake for you today. No flour, no sugar, but soooo chocolate and delicious! How is it possible, what is the secret ingredient ? You will be surprised – same as everybody who eat it. Furthermore nobody asked what it is made of until I asked about the ingredients! My secret was canned red beans. You don’t believe? Here is the recipe, just try it ale let it surprise you!
Ingredients :
– 2 cans of red beans,
– 4 eggs,
– 2 ripe bananas,
– 3/4 cup xylitol,
– 3 tablespoons cocoa,
– 1 and a half teaspoon of baking soda or baking powder
– 3 tablespoons of oil (coconut or canola)
Icing:
– Dark chocolate (I used chocolate wedel 70% cocoa)
– 1/2 cup of milk,
Directions:
Rinse the beans well with fresh water. Add all ingredients and mix it till you get a smooth dough. It may take up to 10 minuts depending on the equipment you are using (mine is not the best possible and I had to give it a break while blending to cool the engine). Place the dough into a large baking mold and bake for 45 minutes in 180 degrees. After baking it may look like it’s still a bit raw- it isn’t. Just let it cool down before taking out from the mold. The brownie is delicious and slightly moist inside, just as it should be.
If you decide to go for the double chocolate version just dissolve a bare of dark chocolate in 1/2 coup of hot milk. Let the mixture cool down and pure over the brownie.
The best brownie ever! Enjoy
